福州海量管道器材有限公司位于交通便利有着福州后花园之称的闽侯县南屿镇高岐工业区内，于2009年底竣工正式投产，厂区占地面积4万平方米，建筑面积2万平方米，拥有综合楼、员工宿舍及六座独栋的生产工艺流程车间。
公司于2005年由台商施金旺先生在福州独立注册成立，系台商独资企业，注册资本425万美元，2010年至2011年期间共计加工贸易进出口额为1185万美元，纳税200万人民币。
公司生产自创CD品牌的管道接头、阀门、消防栓及各类消防安全产品，产品远销世界各地。产品同时获得台湾地区正字标志认证及UL,FM等国际认证和国内的各项专利证书，企业得到ISO9001国际质量体系管理认证。
目前公司拥有员工150余人，拥有先进的数控机床24台，壹千吨热模锻造设备及其他配套设备总价值为2000万人民币。

Fuzhou Haihai Piping Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Gaoqi Industrial Zone, Nanyu Town, Minhou Ｃounty, which is known as the back garden of Fuzhou with convenient transportation. It was completed an d put into production at the end of 2009. The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a construction area of 20,000 square meters, an d has a comprehensive building, staff dormitory an d six production process workshops.
The company was independently registered an d established in Fuzhou in 2005 by Mr. Shi Jinwang, a Taiwanese businessman. It is a wholly Taiwanese enterprise with a registered capital of USD4.25 million. From 2010 to 2011, the total processing trade import an d export volume was USD11.85 million an d the tax payment was RMB 2 million.
