职责描述：

The RAMS Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the train control systems meet the Safety an d Reliability requirements of the business, the regulator an d the standards.

RAMS工程师负责确保列车控制系统满足业务、法规和标准的安全性和可靠性要求。

• Become involved with projects at the tender, budget, requirements an d later phases an d ensure that an appropriate definition of the Safety an d Reliability related requirements are prepared an d implemented

参与投标、预算、需求和项目后期阶段，定义适当的安全性和可靠性相关需求并确保其实施

• Ensure all activities are completed consistent with the project requirements an d company process

确保所有的活动都符合项目要求和公司流程

• Ensure that the related hazard logs an d remaining non-conformities are reviewed an d all hazards are closed out in an appropriate manner through elimination Ｏr risks control/transfer measures

通过消除或风险控制/转移措施，确保相关的危害记录和剩余的不符合项得到评审，并以适当的方式关闭。

• Provide close contact an d liaison with Railway Operators an d acceptance bodies （Nobo, AsBo, ISA）

• Management of the interface between the customer approval bodies an d R&D

管理客户审批机构和研发部门接口

任职要求：

• Degree in electrical Engineering Ｏr equivalent （essential）

电气相关专业本科（必备）

• Above 5 years’ experience in the safety management of products

5年以上产品安全管理从业经验

• Relevant systems engineering processes an d standards; e.g. ISO/IEC 9003, CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, Mü8004 an d their implementation in a safety development environment

熟知相关的系统工程流程和标准，如ISO/IEC 9003、CENELEC EN 50126、EN 50128、EN 50129、Mü8004及其在安全开发环境中的实施

• Understanding of the application of the quality, safety, verification an d validation techniques applicable to system, hardware an d software design an d testing

• Experience of supporting customer acceptance an d approvals processes for safety systems

• Knowledge of the design techniques for high integrity systems
